Business Use

Zana SEO is intended for business users, including freelancers, agencies, in-house teams, and local business operators. By using Zana SEO, you confirm that you use the service for business or professional purposes, or that you are authorized to use it for the company, client, or organization you represent.

Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using Zana SEO, you agree to these terms.

Service

Zana SEO provides local SEO rank tracking, Google Maps and local pack grid checks, organic Top-100 checks, live scans, usage tracking, and reports. The service depends on third-party data and infrastructure, including search engines, SEO ranking data providers, hosting, database, billing, payment, and email services.

Alpha And Product Changes

Zana SEO is an alpha/MVP product. Rankings are based on real provider results, but the interface, features, limits, reports, pricing, and workflows may change as the product evolves.

Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for businesses, clients, domains, locations, and data that you are authorized to manage.

Plans, Usage Limits, And Billing

Zana SEO plans may limit projects, locations, keywords, grid credits, live points, reports, and users. Subscriptions and checkout are handled through Polar, and payment processing may be handled by Stripe through Polar. Cancellation is available through the customer portal.

Unless mandatory law or separate checkout terms require otherwise, Zana SEO does not provide an additional refund promise beyond the terms shown at checkout.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Zana SEO to:

• break the law or violate third-party rights;
• attack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service;
• circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or
• abuse third-party providers connected to the service.

Third-Party Services

Zana SEO uses third-party services for hosting, database operation, SEO ranking data, billing, payment processing, email, newsletter handling, analytics, monitoring, scheduling, authentication, and maps. Their availability and processing rules can affect the service.

SEO Data Disclaimer

Rankings depend on search engines, provider data, location settings, device and personalization factors, and third-party availability. Zana SEO does not guarantee a specific ranking position, SEO outcome, revenue result, or uninterrupted access to third-party data.

Intellectual Property

Zana SEO owns the application, user interface, software, brand, and generated platform materials. You retain rights to your own business, client, domain, location, and keyword input data.

Termination

You may delete your account from the app settings. Zana SEO may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, security risk, or breach of these terms.

Liability

Zana SEO is liable only within the limits permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where German law does not permit a limit, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory claims.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. For merchants and business users, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's seat where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes

Zana SEO may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
